Fourth Week In!!

Well, as you can see, I'm having one heck of a time keeping up with my post on blog. Other than that, things are going pretty good. I feel like I'm getting better with my skills, but I know more practice won't hurt. I am my worst enemy when it comes to our videos, because I automatically set myself up for failure. I need to learn to be confident, and JUST DO IT....I know it will come. My goal is to stay positive. A little birdie told us that we wouldn't be here if she didn't think we couldn't do it. So, that made me realize I can do this!!

3rd week In!!

This week wasn't too bad, it was a short week due to the Labor Day holiday, so things went a little fast. We had our first test in Ms.Rubys class, so of course I freaked out, but think I did o.k. I feel like I've improved a little, my confidence level hasn't changed though. I just need to learn to relax, and let it flow, but being a perfectionist sucks sometimes when it comes to this course. I need to realize its OK to make mistakes, were not always going to get it the first try. But, at the very least, I'm finally startin to get into the gist of things.

2nd week in!!

This week was long. The beginning of the week didn't start out too bad, but by the time Wednesday was here, I couldn't get myself to concentrate. I was listening in class and understanding, I just felt like there was a cloud over me. Maybe it was because, Friday was our first test, and I was turning the big 3-0. I don't know which was freaking me out more. So, needless to say....the weekend couldn't get here fast enough! In the end, our test wasn't so bad, and thank God our instructor allowed us time, and helped us out 100%!!! I love having instructors that are down to Earth and wants their students to succeed. My goal for the next week is getting myself organized as best I can. Once I get that comoplete, I should be on a roll.....I hope : )
